Papung Dodum proudly represents the vibrant and culturally rich East Kameng district. Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Anthropology at Dera Natung Government College, Itanagar, she uses her platform to advocate for equal access to quality education—especially for marginalized children and women. Papung’s purpose is clear: education is not just a right, but a responsibility we must uphold to build a more just and empowered society.
