Thank you for supporting the contestants of TA Enterprises Miss Universe Arunachal Pradesh. This Refund Policy explains our practices regarding payments made through our Support Page, where users can contribute custom amounts via our payment gateway to support their favorite contestants.

1. Nature of Support Contributions

  • Payments made through the Support Page are considered voluntary contributions or donations to support individual contestants participating in the TA Enterprises  Miss Universe Arunachal Pradesh pageant.

  • These payments do not constitute a purchase of goods or services.

  • Support contributions may be used to promote or highlight contestants during the event and for general organizational purposes.

2. Refund Eligibility

  • As contributions are voluntary and used for event-related expenses, all payments are final and non-refundable.

  • Refunds will not be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:

    • Change of mind

    • Support given to the wrong contestant

    • Contestant withdrawal from the competition

    • Disqualification or replacement of a contestant

    • Perceived dissatisfaction with the outcome of the event

3. Payment Errors

In the event of a technical issue or payment error (such as duplicate payment or incorrect amount charged), please contact us within 48 hours of the transaction. We will investigate the issue and determine whether a partial or full refund is appropriate.

4. Charge backs and Disputes

If you initiate a charge back or dispute without contacting us first, we reserve the right to dispute the charge back and provide documentation to the payment provider, as support payments are clearly marked and described as voluntary contributions.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the revised date. Continued use of our website and payment services after updates means you agree to the modified policy.
